GRx’s programs revolve around ReverseLink™ One, a pharmaceutical returns program that allows wholesalers to return part of their inventory of medications within the manufacturer policy and collect as much credit as they can. To process return credits, GRx performs credit reconciliation to balance inventory shorts, monitor anticipated credits, and identify non-returnable inventory. The company also communicates with manufacturers and follows up on IOUs on the expected return value. GRx produces reports to give its clients real-time insight into the process so that they can make informed business decisions and implement strategies to reduce unsalable inventory.

GRx deducts the service fees from the credits so that wholesalers do not need to pay separately. Payment for the net credits is sent directly by the manufacturer to the wholesalers. Clients can also track the status of credits and payments using the GRx Customer Portal.
